Here’s a round of new finds and some things I love!

Thomas and I live in our B Draddy Shirts! They are very soft and elastic. (I wear a men’s size small and he wears a medium). he also loves its poles for golf.
Wave Ball
The founder of the Wave Ball is a graduate of UVA Darden Business School and sent us one. Designed for all ages, I think Ola Bola is particularly amazing for kids! It’s great to take to our soccer games as a seat for Birch. He’s super lightweight, has pockets to store your stuff, and comes in a variety of colors. The outer layer is interchangeable with other colors, as well as waterproof and machine washable. I love that you can wear it crossbody since who doesn’t always wear other gear!
fire extinguisher blanket
I was browsing Instagram and saw an ad for Prepared Hero Fire Blanket appeared on my feed. I was captivated by videos of house fires. We had a fairly serious one in the oven when we were at the beach when a tray of sliced almonds caught fire!
While we have a fire extinguisher on top of our refrigerator, I have to admit that I have never used one and it would have to be a VERY big fire to spray what’s inside all over my new kitchen. The fire blanket we present is a fiberglass fabric that is placed over any fire and goes out immediately. Works with any type of fire: grills, stove, candles, etc. I immediately bought one and now have peace of mind that we both have a fire extinguisher. and The fire blanket for any danger that may arise!
Kidfresh Chicken Fingers
The birch does not eat much meat. He won’t touch chicken nuggets or sausages. The only real meat we have managed to eat is cod sticks and pepperoni. Thomas found these chicken fingers made with cauliflower at Whole Foods and BIRCH ATE THEM! I had to share it with other parents of questionable meat eaters.
(new) Surely Red Mix
If you’re curious yourself or are inviting someone to your Thanksgiving dinner this year, check out the new Surely red mix. It is definitely the best NA red I have ever tried. It’s incredibly smoky with complex layers of flavor (definitely not just grape juice). In fact, I decided I liked it colder and drank it all week when I opened the bottle. I will say it’s a little sweeter than their other NA wines, but not to the level of a juice or anything, just fruity. You could also consider cans of their sparkling brut and rosé To have on hand for those also looking for NA options!
Advent Calendar Box Maker
On the other hand, if you have someone who loves wine in your life, this wine advent calendar by Maker is one of my top choices for holiday gifts this year! (Who doesn’t love consumable gifts?!)
This year I have become obsessed with Maker cans and they have all been very good. They are perfect for someone like me who prefers to open one can at a time than have an entire bottle open and is more likely to drink excessively. The advent box includes a blend of red, white, rosé and sparkling. And the cans are GORGEOUS!
Grab green dryer sheets
I found the Grab Green Brand of Dryer Sheets in my refill store. I don’t normally use dryer sheets (we have wool balls), but they smelled SO GOOD I had to have them! They are compostable and made from plants and essential oils. The lavender and vanilla I have smells so good I would wear that scent as a perfume! (Fun fact: It doesn’t smell much like lavender to me; it’s a softer scent, more like dirty laundry.) I leave used sheets in my clothing drawers so the smell continues to transmit. They have a complete laundry and home products store which I’m excited to try more.
Carve sweater designs
Carve Designs is one of my favorite clothing brands! They have a new line of sweaters for fall and they sent me two as a birthday gift. Here I am using the Monroe Sweater which was the perfect Lover-era shade to go to the Taylor Swift concert (5 stars!)
I’m wearing it with these new black jeans I bought at a Short story box by Flying Monkey. These are them! (Mine are petite, straight, cropped, size 28). They are the perfect high rise and stretchy.
Influenced
My fashion friend Teri posted about this. “amazing sweater from Amazon” so I bought it – LOVE! It is a very soft, flattering and oversized neckline. I wear a small. (Same Flying Monkey jeans!)
Two things I returned
I was looking for more black joggers for winter. I wear black sweatpants every day while working from home and walking to and from preschool. These two from Amazon were a complete failure. They were some of the worst fitting pants I have ever tried. I do not recommend: Libin joggers either Relaxing Joggers. What a bummer!
