As I’m sure you’ve probably already heard, Amazon Prime Day It is from July 12 to 13. (It is also Target offer days!) It’s a great time to save on some big-ticket items and stock up on everyday essentials. Sales are increasing and it’s a little hard to keep up with, but I wanted to use this space to share some of my favorite items that are currently on sale. Prime Day Deals: Peloton/Home Gym
Bikeroo Extra Large Bike Seat – works on Peloton Bike and Bike+: For those who find the original Peloton seat to be too small, this is a great comfort option. I have this seat and although I personally prefer the smaller original seat, I can understand why so many people love this one. It’s VERY comfortable and Steve likes it better. I personally went back to the original seat because I found that I didn’t maintain my posture very well in the larger seat, but I totally understand why people don’t travel without it! *This is currently a flash sale, so the price may change when you see it.
Manduka Pro Extra Large Yoga Mat: I bought this a week ago after ALWAYS thinking about it and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s a long, wide yoga mat with a great stick and cushion (but no *squish* that can affect balance). At 79×52″, I finally feel like my plus size body has enough room to spread out during yoga and extension. This is an expensive, professional quality mat, but if you want something super durable and large to practice at home, I highly recommend it. This is NOT a rug you want to carry with you to and from the studio, as it is large and quite heavy. I have watched this particular mat for the past 4 months and have never seen it work. On sale as it is for Prime Day.
FFast Flow Water Bottle: I use this exact bottle for all my Peloton rides. It fits in the cup holders of the Bike+ and Tread, seals very well and has a strap if you want to carry it that way. I also use this bottle when I fly as it’s easy to use at water refill stations and I trust the seal will stay closed so no liquid leaks into my bag. This is a lightning deal as I write, so the price may change when you see it. Also, the listing is for 1 bottle, not a set; I think the photos in this listing may be misleading.
Windex Electronic Screen Wipes: This is what I use to clean the Peloton screen. They are not too wet and leave a streak-free finish. It’s also great with phones, televisions, and computer monitors.

I don’t find many clothes that I would recommend. Size may vary, so unless you’ve tried it or know someone who has, I don’t want to promote it. I’ll keep looking!
IGK First Class Dry Shampoo: The ONLY dry shampoo I will ever use! I’ve tried many brands over the years and this is my absolute favorite. I thought dry shampoo was a joke until I found this one. I prefer to apply it to my roots before going to bed if I know I won’t have time to wash my hair the next morning, but it also works well if you forget about it and only apply it when you style your hair.
IGK Good Performance Preparation Spray: I spray this on damp hair before blow drying. Helps protect against heat and gives a soft, shiny finish to hair.
GrandeLASH Eyelash Serum: I have used this for about 6 months and am amazed with the results. It is not a quick fix product. You have to use it in very small amounts regularly and trust the process, as in 8 to 12 weeks you will start to see much longer eyelashes. Start by using it every 2 days, then increase to every other day, then every day as tolerated. It may cause sensitivity, so be sure to read all instructions carefully. But if used properly and consistently, it absolutely works.

Samsung The Frame TV: I can’t explain how much I love myself television frame! A TV that you can use as a piece of art that can also have a frame around it? I change out the art at least once a week and love how it makes the space feel refreshed. Wall Outlet Shelf: I have 3 of these in my house and they are very convenient! If you have a smart device like Google Home Mini, Echo Dot, etc., this outlet cover replaces a standard outlet cover so you have a shelf to pull your devices off the countertops. I have them in my kitchen, office, and bedroom, and they house my Google Nest Minis that I use as speakers.
Smart plugs/Wi-Fi, no hub needed: I use these smart plugs for a lot of things, including my Peloton room fans and for every Christmas light plugged in in my house. This is a great price for a 4-pack. I like this style because it doesn’t block the second plug in your outlet.
Air purifier: I have an aversion to food odors that linger in the house, and I also have neighbors who like to use their stove and a husband who likes to use his smoker, both of which leave a faint smell of smoke seeping into the room. home. This was recommended by a friend who used them during the Colorado wildfires and it does a great job. It also has an easy-to-use app. I like that it automatically monitors – we had a refrigerator blow out a condenser and the purifier immediately recognized the ozone/burning smell.
Anova Circulator for Sous Vide Cooking: We’ve had an Anova circulator for over 5 years and use it at least once a week to prepare perfectly cooked proteins (usually steak or pork). If you’re not familiar with sous vide: it’s basically a warm water bath. You put the food in bags (or vacuum-sealed packages) and let it sit in a container with the circulator running at the desired temperature. Food cooks evenly and at the exact temperature without overcooking. No more overcooked steaks!
Stasher Bags: Reusable Bags for Storing and Cooking: I bought these about a year ago to work on reducing the amount of disposable plastic bags I use. They have held up perfectly and I have used them to store food in the refrigerator and freezer, and I have also used them in our water circulator when cooking food sous vide. A little effort to clean (tilt them, turn them over) but worth the savings in waste.
Brilliance Food Storage Containers: These are my favorite storage containers because they are clear and have a really nice airtight lid. I keep baking supplies in my pantry and also use them to store refrigerated foods. Dishwasher safe and very high quality.
Power Charger/Power Bank: I’ve had this power bank for a year and I still haven’t been able to empty it in a day or two. It charges itself quickly and has fast charging for your compatible devices. I have owned several power banks in the past and this one is by far my favorite. Plus, it plugs directly into an outlet, no extra cable needed to charge it.
Kindle Paperwhite: I’ve had my Paperwhite for years and use it at least once a week. I have read in stretches of hours and I don’t feel eye strain when reading it. They have several Kindles for sale, but this one is updated White paper It would be my choice.
Apple AirPods Pro: I use my AirPods Pro every day and I wish I had bought them at this sale price!
Dawn Pressure Washing: I make it a point to never run out of these things at home, and this deal for 4 bottles total is really good. It’s my absolute favorite for cleaning dishes, the stove, countertops, and I even used it on outdoor vinyl over the weekend.
Spin mop: I bought this mop advertised about a year ago and it totally lived up to the hype. This set has extra mop heads, which is really helpful. I have one mop head that I use for my outdoor patio tiles, one for interior floors, and one for walls. Not that I normally mop my walls, but it’s nice to have if I want to quickly clean the walls and crown molding. The beauty of the mop is how dry it becomes when you spin it. Wet enough to clean, but never drips or excess liquid.
