Healthy Trader Joe’s Shopping List

I’m sharing some of my favorite healthy products from Trader Joe’s!

Hello friends! How are you? I hope you’re having an amazing day! I have some calls this morning and then I’m getting a massage…can’t wait.

For today’s post, I wanted to share some of my favorite healthy finds from Trader Joe’s! During the time that shall not be named, the Pilot did all of our shopping because he was “out of the world” and the girls and I were at home. We also get a lot of grocery deliveries from Whole Foods and Thrive Market. After that, it stuck around for years, until I realized that I actually love shopping and had missed it. So now we alternate, since we both like to go to the store in person. This way you find many more fun things!

Trader Joe’s has some amazing things and these are some of my favorite healthier finds. While I believe ALL foods should fit your lifestyle, this is a list of things that have fewer ingredients and offer more on the nutritional front (with some soul-hugging must-haves here too).

Here is the list!

BREAD + TORTILLAS:

I think that’s all! I just wrote that list that pops into my head of the things we always buy!
