Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pickles on a paper towel and remove as much moisture as possible.
  3. Add the flour and salt to a shallow bowl, the beaten egg to its own shallow bowl, and the crushed potato chips to its own shallow bowl.
  4. Coat each pickle with flour. Once each one is coated, cover them completely with egg and then completely with crushed chips.
  5. Place each coated pickle on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with ranch if desired.
