Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line 8 (3-inch) silicone donut pans with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flours, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe container, add the chopped bar and milk. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds and stir until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly before adding the oil and eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients until no dry spots remain.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and fill the donut pans about ¾ full.
  6. The dough should fill 8 molds. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes and inserting a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing. Once cooled, mix the glaze and dip each donut into the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off.
