Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line 8 (3-inch) silicone donut pans with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flours, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a microwave-safe container, add the chopped bar and milk. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds and stir until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly before adding the oil and eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients until no dry spots remain.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and fill the donut pans about ¾ full.
- The dough should fill 8 molds. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes and inserting a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing. Once cooled, mix the glaze and dip each donut into the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off.
