In today’s post, I wanted to talk a little bit about brain health. It’s something I’m passionate about and more curious about, especially since I’ve been diving into the topic. The work of Dr. Amen.

When it comes to wellbeing, brain health is one area we don’t pay enough attention to until we sense something isn’t right. But just like our body, our brain needs love and care to stay alert, focused and resilient.

Keeping your brain healthy isn’t just about avoiding cognitive decline in the future, but about improving your daily life in the present, whether it’s improving memory, mental clarity, or simply reducing brain fog. The good news is that there are many methods to improve brain health, and among the safest and most popular are herbs. These handy little plants that you may already have in your kitchen or garden can be a huge help to your brain’s functioning.
